Implants too close? (Photo)

Hello. Sorry your not fully satisfied with your results. Yes, your implants are a bit too close. But you do not have symmastia. In any case your implants could be bit farther apart for a more esthetic look. This would make your areolas not face laterally as much and it would give you a little bit of “side boob”. I little bit of breast on the lateral side of the torso goes a long way as far as making them look nicer and a bit more natural.
The best way to correct this is with a pocket revision. The best and easiest way to do this is by changing the implants placement to under the muscle and making sure the pocket is enlarged laterally. The muscle will help push the implants laterally.

Yes, your breasts are indeed close. You do not appear to have symmastia. You should certainly talk to your surgeon about this. They can be moved further apart with sutures on the inside, or more simply, putting them under the muscle may solve the problem.

You do not have symmastia. You have naturally closely spaced breasts but not true symmastia. Symmastia is where the two implant pockets are connected and the implants move to the middle and tent up the skin over the strernum.

The bridge of skin you have in between your implants is attached like is should be to your sternum.

When you are standing, your breasts are not touching so you do not have symmastia. Your surgeon is correct.
