Small red dot has appeared on lip, broken capillary? (Photo)

This small red dot appeared on my lip about a week ago. It doesn’t appear to be a cut, and it doesn’t appear to be healing. Could this be a broken capillary and can this be treated?

This can be Improved with yag lasers like excel V.  however, tthere Is risk of scarring in the area, I would suggest you do treatment for the crepe skin as well such as cosmelan peels at home and eye rollers (see link to emeragecosmetics.com) and In office co2 laser and/or halo.  Best, Dr. Emer.
