Can Sculptra be injected in the butt cheeks for volume?

Austin TX? Wondering if Sculptra can actually give the butt volume ive seen some pictures where they say no it just fills in the dimples or cellulite but other pictures where patients and dr's claim you can increase the size of ur butt a lot ! ?

Sculptra injections work well for butt enhancement for sagging flat buttocks. The results are long lasting, up to 3 years. The number of sessions depends on the results desired.

Sculptra can help to add volume to the buttocks and is an option for those individuals that do not have enough fat for a brazilian butt lift or who do not want to undergo surgery. However, the results are not as dramatic as a surgical fat transfer. Multiple sessions are required and each session needs multiple vials of product. Hi Nikkie.  Although Sculptra is an option for augmenting the buttocks, it would not be our first choice.  There are a couple reasons.  First is that the amount of Sculptra (alone) to do a good job of enhancing the buttocks would be tens of syringes.  The price would be prohibitive if you continued to do it over time.  The second concern is related to the first.  Sculptra is temporary whereas fat and implants are more permanent.Bottom line is that Sculptra is a nice "finishing tool" when refinement is needed at the end of the surgical process.  It's not really the starting treatment for buttocks augmentation.

Yes, you can have Sculptra to improve the shape of the buttocks. Keep in mind, the buttocks need numerous vials of Sculptra over time to build volume, and in some instances the results are subtle and will need to be combined with Bellafill, fat or implants to achieve desired results. Since it stimulates production of your own collagen, the effects of Sculptra will last many years (if not "permanent"). But since each vial of Sculptra produces limited results, patients often need at least 10-20 vials PER SIDE over 2-3 sessions. If money is no object and 20-40k for a very subtle improvement in buttock volume would make you happy, Sculptra is a phenomenal choice.
