Buttock augmentation using your own plasma will result in an insignificant change, similar to a drop of water into the ocean. It will not only be a waste of your time but money as well. There are currently only two acceptable surgical options for augmenting and enhancing the buttock/hip area: 1) Brazilian Butt Lift (aka BBL) - utilizing the patients own fat from liposuction then transferring it into the buttock and/or hips and 2) Buttock and cosmetic Hip Implants (soft silicone rubber implants that cannot rupture &/or leak). Both are options but what it comes down to, like any surgery, is proper patient selection and long-term results. Implants provide the only guarantee of sustained permanent results. Fat typically melts away leaving disappointing results after 12 months.
When we use a filler for facial enhancement the volume we use is measured in the single digit cc range. Well less than an ounce. When we perform buttock enhancement with fat grafting the volume is in the hundreds of ccs. You cant achieve a substantial enhancement with PRP.
I would focus on the tried and true. Fat is the best material to use. Plasma is a bit "hocus locus"in my opinion. There is no efficacy in the literature regarding this.
