Is it safe to have Sculptra done if you have butt implants?

Is it safe to have this done if you have Butt implants that are placed in the fascia? Now that I've had my butt implants for about five years I feel like they've lost a little bit of volume on the top so I was interested in having this done so I get a more around Bubbley look

It’s probably safe to inject Sculptra since the Sculptra is placed under the dermis and your buttock implant is way below the tissues usually. To be sure, a physical examination would be required.
