How long does it take for breasts to settle after breast implant removal and lift? (photos)

Question

It's been 10 weeks since I had my implants removed with a breast lift. My nipples are pointing downwards and look like snouts. The left breast has an extra crease that is pronounced if I lift my arms. And the tissue hasn't dropped on my right breast.

The majority of the skin changes will have resolved or settled after 3 months fellowing your procedure. However, smaller changes will continue to occur for another 3 months following that. Before evaluating your results and/or making a decision for revision I would wait at least 6 months from your procedure. It's still too early to judge your results but I can appreciate your concern.  I encourage you to continue to follow your surgeon's instructions and to discuss your concerns.  A revision of your lift if indicated wouldn't be recommended for a few months.
