I am exactly one week Post-Op. My stomache is still swollen but overall I really like how it looks so far. The incision is very low, and I notice he attached it to my pelvic area which is causing my entire vagina area to be tightened and completely exposed. Will this skin loosen overtime?

As swelling subsides we can expect to see some relaxation of your lower abdominal area. I often hear a complaint about changes in my patient's "usual" urinary stream which gradually subsides after another week post op. Best wishes
