Is it normal to have a raised area exactly where the injection was in the tear trough area. I also have numbing below my nose. Went back next day and she said it was normal and if it was still swollen to come back in a week. A week later I saw the owner who also said it was normal. Is this normal?

People can swell form the prtoduct, but in your case, the problem is the needle. if cannulas are used I found that the bruising that you saw almost never occurs.
