Most pain sensations resolve around 3 months out therefore at 6 weeks you are in the middle of this period and would expect to have some pain. The electrical shooting pain is very common as nerve endings are regenerating. I have my patients massage these areas 4 times a day for10 minutes and this tends to help the pain.
