Thank you for reviewing my question. I am 9 days s/p Bilat Breast Reduction & Lift. My chest felt very heavy & hard today so I decided to do a good inspection for something suspicious. I believe I have early sign of mild incision infection, my breasts are VERY firm in the upper quadrant & I have an appointment to see my surgeon in 3 days, but if this looks suspicious for necrosis, I'll get in a lot sooner!! I'm hoping someone can put my mind at ease so I can rest tonight!! Thank you!!!!

Thank you for your pictures. This does look like early venous congestion. I would recommend that you see your surgeon sooner rather than later.

I think it is likely you are experiencing venous congestion and that you will go on to do just fine. Tissue  necrosis is not likely to result. Best to follow up directly with your plastic surgeon for the most accurate diagnosis, advice, and probably reassurance. Best wishes.

9 days is NOT early! But you still need ONLY IN PESON care and today is the time not in 3 days! Could be venous congestion of the N/A complexes...
