How do I fix droopy eyelid after steroid shot for iritis?

Last year I suffered from Iritis. I was given Durezol and a steroid injection to the eye. Iritis is now in remission but I was left with high intraocular pressure (glaucoma) induced by the steroids. I have been using Combigan on and off for about 4 months. I also developed a droopy eyelid after the steroid injection. Ophthalmologist says both the high iop and droopy eye will go away over time. I'm feeling desperate as it's been 6 months. How can I cure my droopy eye it without surgery?Thank you.

I appreciate your concerns!Yes, the second set of injections into the masseter seem to help a bit more. Muscle atrophy (shrinking of the muscle size) takes time! Most patients achieve the best results after a series of injections. Best. Dr. Aldo

No, Botox won't make calves and ankles bigger. Botox is used to improve facial wrinkles. Botox results resolve in 3-4 months. Fat transfer can be used to augment the calves. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer
