Is it possible to make your cheekbones less full?

Genetically all of my family members have really high cheekbones, amd I have high cheekbones, but they are very protrusive and they make my eyes look small. What can be done to achieve a better affect?

Thank you for your question. I recommend you make an appointment to see a plastic surgeon so they may evaluate your complaint. I imagine they will be able to easily removed the offending suture. Best of luck.
