Hi,Thank you for including a photograph. There are many fillers on the market and each has unique qualities that make it best for a particular region of the face. For instance, Voluma and Restylane Lyft are firmer products and work well in the cheek area -- but they are not appropriate for the lips. Conversely, softer filler do not work well for lifting and adding volume to the cheek and midface area. Fillers are not used in the crows feet but botox/dysport are used very effectively in this area. I recommend a consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to discuss your aesthetic goals and to review your options. All the best,Mehdi Sina, MD
Thank you for your question. There are many great products for creating a beautiful result. Longevity depends on products used for your liquid facelift. Juvederm products such as a Juvederm Voluma for cheek augmentation and Juvederm Vollure for nasolabial folds and marionette lines would be a great choice with a 18-24 month longevity. Bellafill would require more syringes than Juvederm products but would give a beautiful result lasting more than 5 years. Botox or Dysport maybe good choices also for softening forehead lines, glabellar lines, and crows feet. Facial fat transfer may offer greater longevity when combined with stem cells and platelet rich plasma and much more volume can be added during one procedure. You may spend 7-8000 up front but results may last for years to come Please consult a local board certified facial plastic surgeon for more information and a comprehensive consultation
The most affordable and longest lasting filler for volume loss in the face is probably Radiesse. It can last for about 18 months. It is designed to be injected deep. It would be a good option for your cheeks. It is not an HA filler, and thus may not be dissolved if there is a problem with the injection. Restylane Lyft and Juvederm Voluma are good HA fillers to add volume but are more expensive and last about one and two years, respectively. Your crows feet are best treated with botulinum toxin (Botox, Xeomin, Dysport).
I can assure you her disfigured face was not done by Botox, but by botched treatments and silicone/cement of the like being injected. Highly skilled reputable offices would NEVER leave a patient disfigured as Joecyln Wildenstein preforming unscrupulous practices. Patients are our billboards,...
Thank you for your question and for sharing your photograph engrll. I understand your concern. Fillers are used to restore lost volume in and enhance the appearance of the face.It is difficult to make an assessment without a formal exam in the office where I can view the skin in multiple angles....
It would have been helpful to see a picture but it is always best to have an in person consultation. If you had HA fillers injected, the bumps can be either softened or eliminated with Hyaluronidase injections. Bumps can happen and their act cause is difficult to determine, it might...
