Is it possible for unilateral ptosis repair & bleph to give the other eye a "flattened out" appearance?

on April 2023 I got a unilateral bleph and ptosis repair on my left eye. Since then, Ive noticed that my right eye has lost some of its fullness in the area between the eyelid and eye brow. Not Herring's Law as it isnt droopy, but the eye shape seems to have also changed (less squinty, possibly shorter horizontally, and more round/owl eyed, older looking).I think the bleph was unnecessary(got a 2nd opinion from an oculoplastic srgn), but I still dont have an explanation.
