What would be the best option for me to treat my sagging double chin area? I want a snatched jawline appearance (Photos)

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Facetite provides a dramatic improvement in skin laxity on the face and neck, which was previously only attainable through surgical procedures. This procedure is noninvasive and uses radiofrequency energy to melt fat and contour the skin.

I would follow that up with a Morpheus8 package of three treatments. This will stimulate the collagen production and will tighten your face and neck area.

Lastly, I would do filler in your jawline. The filler will contour your jaw and build volume, creating that snatched look you are looking for.

However, another great treatment option for you would be AccuTite to the sub-mental area followed by a Morpheus8 treatment. This would give you the optimal result with little to no down time!

Hello Tifany. Although we do not use the product, your best bet for starting the process may be Kybella. For someone young like you with good skin elasticity, Kybella can help to dissolve the small fat pocket under the chin. If you try that and are not satisfied, a small liposuction procedure would work fine as well. Morpheus does not help removing fat. Radiofrequency devices such as Morpheus are better if you are an older patient with less skin elasticity and need mild tightening under the jawline or on the neck.

This is a regular request for us. I would do a chin implant, as well as a deep neck contouring through a small incision under the chin. This is a powerful way to get a snatched jawline.

I would probably do a combination of things. I would do a submental coolsculpting treatment to remove the fat pocket then do a morpheus treatment a month later to treat the sagging skin after the emptying of the fat

The photographs are rather limited, but it does appear that you have a recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can certainly improve the Projection of your mandible. Having a stronger jawline Will give you better support for this soft tissues in the neck. You also have fat deposits located above AND below the platysma muscle in the neck. Consider performing a surgical neck lift which accomplishes removal of the fat deposits above the muscle with liposuction and surgical removal of the fat deposits below the muscle in addition to a platysma-plasty to significantly improve the jawline. No skin removal is required. Liposuction alone will not be very effective treatment for you
