i had morpheous8 done and now my neck skin looks worse and more loose. Can this happen? What are other treatment options? It loose very bad when I turn my neck or look down
Answer: Can Morpheus8 make your neck skin looser? This is a great question. The Morpheus8 can reduce fat tissue causing more laxity especially in the neck area. But once the tissue is gone, working on just elasticity will help continue to tighten the area of concern. I would recommend a minimum of 3 treatment and up to 5 treatments for best results. Good luck!

Answer: Morpheus 8 If anything, morpheus should tighten your skin and contract your muscles, not make things looser. I have to wonder if perhaps too deep a depth was used which removed some fat allowing there to be pockets

Answer: Morpheus is ideal for skin tightening when combined with Ultherapy and skin resurfacing Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Morpheus8 Thank you for your question and photos! It is hard to tell because you didn't put a before photo and how many treatments you have had done. Morpheus8 utilizes radio frequency to tighten the skin and this takes time. You can get up to 6 months of improvement. I would be patient with your results and if you are unhappy then make and appointment to see your provider for more options. Best of luck!
