Should I get an arm lift, or a combo of arm lipo/renuvion? (photos)

Question

I'm 30, healthy and work out a lot, but am unhappy with my upper arms. In my early 20s I lost 100 lbs naturally, and in 2018 had a tummy tuck to address loose skin which turned out great. I've been considering something similar for my arms, which also have some laxity but aren't nearly as bad. I've been recommended an arm lift or a combo of arm lipo and renuvion for skin tightening, Which is best for me, given my younger age? Renuvion may be less drastic, but I'd avoid a very large scar.

Based on your photographs you have some degree of irreversible skin laxity, therefore a brachioplasty (arm lift) will give you the best result as the excess hanging skin will be removed. Considering your age and photos, arm liposuction combined with renuvion is more suitable for you. A full arm lift might be unnecessary given your current skin condition, as it would leave a lengthy scar. While it's possible that as you age, the skin may loosen necessitating a brachioplasty, combining liposuction with renuvion might delay that need for about a decade. Hello, as far as I can see from your photos, your sagging is not much. If an arm lift is performed, a long scar will form under your arm. At the same time, since you are young, this will make you unhappy. I recommend you to try liposuction and then non-surgical arm lift methods. It would be more accurate to try a treatment that works with ThermageCPT or radiofrequency energy.

It is wonderful what you have achieved after the weight loss, congratulations!!
Your arms and specifically your armpit angle has become saggy and nothing as conservative procedures will tighten that degree of saggy skin and descent axila angle. 
You are indeed candidate for an Arm Lift with an extension towards the chest to reconstruct the angle of the armpit and definitely liposuction to reduce the volume.

I think you would get the best outcome from a surgical excision. Other methods are unlikely to remove the excess skin.

Good job on losing weight. An arm lift is the gold standard and will give you a very contoured look but will leave you with a scar. As you stated, liposuction in combination with J-Plasma is an alternative for you only if the skin is hanging moderately. You will not burn any bridges with the second option, and if there is reidular loose skin you can have it easily removed.
