Root canal two weeks after dermal filler, what are the risks?

I would not be concerned about getting a root canal post filler injections two weeks out. Go ahead and get it done.

I would always recommend waiting 4-6 weeks before getting dental treatment after a dermal filler procedure. We set this time frame because fillers can cause infections during this period. The danger comes from bacteria entering the bloodstream and settling on the filler material during dental work.
If you have a dental emergency, seeing a general practitioner (GP) before getting any dental work done is best. Your doctor can prescribe antibiotics to prevent any infection caused by your dental treatment.

At two weeks post treatment the risk of infection related to your prior filler injections is very low.  The product will have settled by this point and unless you had unexpected complications you should be completely fine to proceed with your root canal.

Most infections associated with filler will occur because of contamination on the skin that is introduced into the tissue at the time of injection of the filler. Your fillers are far away enough from dental structures anatomically. So possibility of filler area infection is  less  lower than your guess. No need to worry
