Can I tone up after BBL?

I lost weight... because I thought it would portion my body out.. but it didn't and I will be getting the BBL. I gained a little weight to be a good candidate for the bbl... and the fat is returning and it stores in my upper back and shoulders (traps) and neck.... can that fat be removed in the procedure??? I have some rolls and some fat in the sides and flanks. The fat just runs to places I don't want it.

In my opinion, you are not a candidate for BBL with liposuction alone.  You will have hanging loose skin after that combination.  You need a tummy tuck.  A better combination both for safety and a good result in my opinion would be aggressive liposuction of the abdomen, back, and...

Thank you for your question. Heavy workouts before a surgery are not recommended as it stresses the body. The week prior, just reduce your owrkouts to minor workouts for 30 minutes a day.I hope this helps!
