Based on your photos I think you can achieve a great result with a BBL procedure. Ensure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon.
Hi and thanks for your question. I feel that you are Avery good candidate for a BBL and lipo. However, I also feel that you will need a tummy tuck. It is clear that you have considerable stretch marks which signify that the skin has been damaged beyond repair. You have lost the elasticity. Therefore, although fat could be extracted from your abdominal area, you'll get the best results w a tummy tuck to follow.I would caution you against having both procedures done at the same time for fear of affecting fat survival and eventual results. I am not in the camp that advocate doing both (tummy tuck and BBL) at the same time. Think about it, When fat is transferred to the buttocks, the fat cells need all of the oxygen possible in order to survive. Fat transfers (BBL) require a rich oxygen environment in order to attempt the highest rate of survival of the fat cells. Fat is not just transferred to the buttock region. In order to obtain that shapely pear shape behind you must transfer fat to the area of the hip laterally to make for more attractive curves. If you lie on your side it will place undue pressure on the transferred fat cells and perhaps flatten out the area. We recommend that our patients do not place any significant pressure on their butts for 4-6 weeks following the BBL. Research research, then research some more. Always seek out the opinion of a surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery with years of experience in liposuction and fat transfers. In addition, the law in thenState of Florida does not allow the removal of more than 1000 CCs with liposuction when performed in conjunction with another surgical procedure. 1000 CCs of transferred fat is hardly enough to give you a shapely desired Florida BBL result. Come in to see me and I will personally guide you.We offer virtual consultations with the use of a web base program called touch MD. It is a web based program in which patients have the ability to load their picture unto the program. We accomodate patients from as far away as California. I then evaluate them and can actually draw on the picture to show a potential patient where the incisions would be located and how the procedure is to be realized. It's all done to comply with HIPPA which is the federal law that protects the patient's medical information. Look them up. Good Luck Dr PG
Looking at your photo, I suggest you consider a tummy tuck as well because it looks like you've got a loose skin that won't be removed with liposuction alone.
You may be able to avoid the tummy tuck, but this will depend upon your exam and the precision with which the liposuction is performed. I would search for the surgeon who you feel is most likely to give youthe best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on thatsurgeon's website. Kenneth Hughes, MDLos Angeles, CA
Though liposuction alone with a brazilian butt lift will improve your contour dramatically, to have a totally flat stomach you will likely need a tummy tuck. This can only be determined by an abdominal exam, but you appear to have enough separation of the muscles to warrant a repair. Take care and good luck.
Thank you for your question, you are a good candidate for full body liposuction however in your pictures I can see that you would benefit more from having a tummy tuck as well, this way since you had a child we would repair the abdominal wall for you to have a completely flat tummy and eliminate the extra skin. This will help you avoid having loose or rippled skin around the bellybutton or a bulge in the middle of the abdomen after only liposuction.Good luck.Salvador Pantoja M.D.
Thanks for the question. You can definitely have a much flatter stomach with your BBL. What can not be said for certain from photos only is whether your tummy could be significantly TIGHTER (and even a bit flatter) if combining a Tuck with your procedure. Based on photos, you may actually be a very good candidate for a mini-tuck with BBL (exactly the procedure we did here yesterday for a young lady), which is a significantly easier recovery as well! Also, are you planning any more children? I strongly recommend an in-person consultation with your local BCPS to discuss all aspects of the procedure with you. Good luck!
Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well.Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.Good luck :)
A BBL may be a good procedure but it looks like you also have a fair amount of loose skin in your abdomen nd harvesting fat will likely make it looser. You may want to consider a tummy tuck. An exam is key.
It's difficult to tell from the photos whether liposucti of the abdomen alone will be sufficient to leave you with a flat stomach. You may need a TT, possible a mini one. If you have had pregnancies it would be more likely that you would need a TT. You need to consult with a Board Cetified PS. Good luck!
Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your...
Thank you for your question. Heavy workouts before a surgery are not recommended as it stresses the body. The week prior, just reduce your owrkouts to minor workouts for 30 minutes a day.I hope this helps!
Hello dear!! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. I recommend my patients to allow 2-4 weeks for recovery, and to wait at least 7-10 days before going back to work, but each doctor has their own protocol. I also recommend not to sit for more than 30 mins. every two hours,...
