I had a TT almost 4 weeks ago and am feeling good. I know that I cannot exercise for 6 weeks, but what about using small hand weights(5 lbs) for my arms and shoulders just while sitting? I am getting an arm lift with a BA/BL in 3 months and would like to build some muscle before that surgery. I also want to thank all of the wonderful doctors that take time to answer these questions. Plastic Surgeons are some of the most compassionate doctors out there!

You should call your surgeon and not waste time asking important questions from physicians who have never seen you.
Call your plastic surgeon right away and let him know what is going on.
Let him decide what needs to be done.
No time should be wasted.
