I would prefer a BBL alone but I'm sure I don't have enough body fat to achieve my desired look, so I'm interested in combining implants w/ a BBL. I read that implants may make your butt hard & I do not want that. I'm hoping that inserting the implant into my muscle & adding fat to my butt & hip area will hide the implant & I'll get to maintain my natural softness. I imagine that Gummy Bear implants are softer & more natural feeling. Are they a good option for the butt?
