I have been cleaning my nipples with tea tree and sea salt and it’s been helpful but the keloid is like inside of the piercing site which is why I dont want to take the ring out because then I won’t have direct access to continue fighting it. (The left nipple looks a lot smaller but it’s definitely inside too bc it puses and has like little stringy blood on the barbell sometimes). I’m getting impatient and just want my girls back

tuberous breasts are not simply small or underdeveloped breasts. The appearance of the breast can range from mild to severe, and typical traits include: enlarged, puffy areola, rather wide spacing between the breasts, very little breast tissue, sagging, higher than normal...
If your actual nipple is small, fillers can be tried or even a fat transfer. However, you may lose nipple sensation and may not be able to breast feed. If you want your areolae enlarged, that can be done surgically, or even with a cosmetic, not artistic, tattoo.
Your nipples are not too high, but your breasts have bottomed out and are sitting too low. Once they are moved back up, you will see your nipples are fine. You may need smaller, less heavy implants to avoid bottoming out again.
