Keloid inside of nipple piercing site (Photo)

I have been cleaning my nipples with tea tree and sea salt and it’s been helpful but the keloid is like inside of the piercing site which is why I dont want to take the ring out because then I won’t have direct access to continue fighting it. (The left nipple looks a lot smaller but it’s definitely inside too bc it puses and has like little stringy blood on the barbell sometimes). I’m getting impatient and just want my girls back
