Adding more details and pics!! 47 yo female with graves. Found to have TED. Upper and lower lids impacted- but lowers were bad. Had lower bleph 6 months ago. Surgeon willing to revise if I want - but eyes look and feel weird to me and did not know exactly what to ask for. Thanks!!! Your eye position is based on the orbits position in your skull.
One orbit sits higher than the other.
This is based on skeletal structure and cannot be corrected with soft tissue manipulation.

It would be helpful, of course, to see preoperative photos for comparison, but it does appear that you have a rounding of the lateral part of your lower lids, which generally means you would benefit from a canthoplasty to reshape and tighten the lid. This will give you a much more natural and...
