Ptosis after eyelid biopsy - is there any way to improve the appearance of my eyelid? (photos)

The diagnosis of a chalazia is generally very clear by the history of the lesion. There are circumstances when a biopsy is appropriate but these are not common. The full thickness "biopsy" is most frequently financially motivated. The vast majority of these chalazia respond beautifully to an injection of Kenalog without the need to perform surgery. Unfortuately, surgeons make more money doing the disfiguring surgery than they do from injecting the lesion with steroid. Before fixing the ptosis, I would recommend repairing the notch. This is not a very satisfactory outcome and I believe it is worth your while to have the notch revised. The eyelid horizontal width is also compromized. However, a first step will be to correct the notch. That should be addressed first. Once it is satisfactorily repair, the ptosis should be addressed. I do not recommend doing these at the same time as this can compromise the outcome of the notch revision.

As we age, our eyelids naturally sag and droop. A combination approach would be best to see visible improvement. In terms of non-surgical treatment options, I would recommend a Chemical Brow Lift (using Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, or Jeuveau) and filler injections to rejuvenate the temples, eyebrow, eyelid, eye troughs, upper eye hollows, and forehead. It seems that you have asymmetry eyes because of your asymmetry bone structure. As you can see from your photos, the height of eyebrows and eyes are different.
