There is a lot that is not known about capsular contracture. The most common medication to treat it is Singulair. If it progresses past a certain stage then surgical correction is recommended. I encourage you to discuss your questions with your surgeon. Muscle relaxers are sometimes used during surgical recovery to treat discomfort from placing the implants below the muscle but typically not as a treatment for capsular contracture.
