Is just an umbilicoplasty a good option for me? (Photo)

Umbilicoplasty can possibly remove some of the loose skin above your belly button, but to really remove all the "crepey" skin, you would either require a significant scar beyond your belly button in a visible part of your abdomen or require an abdominoplasty which would hide the scar in your undergarments or swimwear. An abdominoplasty may not be as bad or significant as you expect. If you have a c-section scar, it can also be improved through the surgery. There are great plastic surgeons in your area that can treat your problem area. Discuss your concerns with them to see if umbilicoplasty alone will remove enough skin to satisfy your needs.

In my opinion your best option is a tummy tuck.  You have a lot of skin.  Just an umbilicoplasty will give you a small improvement but the best results for you would be to tighten the entire abdomen. We can remove more skin by repositioning all the skin.
