What would you recommend to get rid of this extra skin from belly button piercing and after 2 kids? (Photo)

I had my belly button pierced when I got pregnant with my first son and eventually took it out, but it still stretched the skin that was between the belly button and the top of the piercing. It stretched more after my 2nd pregnancy since they were 2 years apart. I've heard of lasers, full or mini tummy tucks and belly button surgery.

I would take the entire central scar as a superioly based c-shaped flap and invaginate in a superior direction to create a hood then use a small skin graft to recreate the "innie" part of the belly button. The graft could be taken from behind the ear or from an old scar.
