Can a sliding genioplasty be customized to widen the chin and also increase projection at the same time? (photos)

Can a sliding genioplasty be customized to widen the chin as well as increase projection at the same time? I have a narrow pointy chin that is also recessed. In order for it to look good, I would need to change both dimensions. If I just increased projection the chin would look even more pointy. (Pictures included).

Thank you for your pictures. In my opinion, a sliding genioplasty to correct your chin asymmetry would be reasonable. You need to make sure that your jaw does not have this same asymmetry. I would visit with a board certified oral surgeon or board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
