I am skinny, but I have double chin which is cause by low hyoid. Is there any procedure that could lift the hyoid bone, so that I would have normal neck contour? I've attached cephalogram.

Thank you for your pictures. In my opinion, a sliding genioplasty to correct your chin asymmetry would be reasonable. You need to make sure that your jaw does not have this same asymmetry. I would visit with a board certified oral surgeon or board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes.
