I suggest finding your best position and staying in it. It will not harm any fat transfer. Ensure your compression is right. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.
Thank you for your question and I am sorry to hear of your liposuction discomfort. This is a question best asked of your surgeon based on the exact procedure you had performed. If you only had liposuction then there is typically not any restriction on sleeping position, but if you had the fat used as graft material, pressure over the area to which the fat was transferred should be avoided.
I encourage you to have several pillows available and use them to help yourself obtain a comfortable position. Many patients like a pillow or two under their knees. Or if you're a side sleeper, have one folded against your back for support. Speak with your surgeon who should have more suggestions.
Thank you for your question. After liposuction procedure you can sleep in any position that is most comfortable for you.
We typicall tell our patients to sleep however is comfortable for them after liposuction. If you are a back sleeper maybe try to put a pillow under your knees, that will take some of the pressure off your buttocks while you sleep.
If you only had liposuction than I tell my patients that they can sleep in any position that they feel comfortable. If you had a BBL, I tell my patients to avoid sleeping on their buttocks. Best to check with your surgeon.
Dear ahmedchaibj,Thank you for your question. It is common to have swelling in the genital area after having liposuction. This can take weeks to resolve. It is best to make an appointment with your operating surgeon with any concerns you have and for treatment advice. I wish you the best of luck...
Sorry to hear about your situation.Silvadene is the best early treatment as is staying in close contact with your doctor.Main early problem is to prevent infection and get the wounds healed. Then anti-scarring techniques are used.Best wishes, Dr Denkler
Implants, fillers and kybella can be used to contour the face. Buccal fat pads can be removed to further contour. However, I suggest a formal consultation. Best, Dr. Emer.
