I got rhinoplasty a week ago and my eyelids look higher/more pulled in/closer together, will this go away or stay like this ? I hate how it looks, is there something I can do to fix it ?

Answer: The initial swelling from your rhinoplasty procedure could be the cause of your eye-shape change
I don't see much in the way of rhinophyma on the photo. However, revising and reshaping the tip should give you a nice natural looking improvement. Insurance would not cover it, however. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
In the right hands, HA filler can correct asymmetries post rhinoplasty albeit temporarily. It carries very little risk and is fine to do even 4 months postop. More permanent correction can be achieved with revision rhinoplasty with cartilage grafting and/or repeat osteotomies. Hope this helps!
Any kind of pressure put on the nose could alter the final results even if it is in a minimal way. I would advise that you find an alternate method if you must have it done, and wait 6 weeks before you return to microblading.
