After several weeks, the majority of your swelling should be diminished and you can begin to get a better idea of your final results, however, it could take several more weeks, even months for swelling to completely resolve.  

The facial changed one may notice after Rhinoplasty could be temporary or permanent. Most of the changes in the nose are usually permanent after resolution of the swelling which can take up to a year. The temporary changes of other part of face could also be the result of the swelling or changes as the result of osteotomy. However, the changes you have noticed on the upper eyelids is from swelling which will resolve after several weeks.
