Can I get a Revision Rhinoplasty to make bridge of nose wider?

I had a rhinoplasty done and overall the nose isn't a terrible nose, I'm especially happy with the tip. But, I absolutely hate how narrow the top/bridge has been made. It is completely overdone and does not fit well on my face. Can I have a revision to basically make that part wider and not mess with anything else? Would it involve a reverse Osteotomy?

But not my means of "reverse osteotomy", probably the narrow bridge you dislike happens and the soft cartilagenous dorsum near the tip and is also called pinched middle vault and inverted V deformity.The treament is the so called spacer or spreader grafts; do seek the services of a surgeon who is well experienced in revisions and spreader grafts.

An overly narrow middle and upper portion of the nose can be recontoured nicely by placing cartilage grafts.  This can be done with a revision procedure.  An in person consultation will be needed to determine the amount of needed correction and to balance the upper nose with your tip since you are happy with that area.

It would be very helpful to look at a frontal photo of your face but in general, an overly narrowed nose can be made slightly wider with the use of spreader grafts or an onlay graft of cartilage or just fascia.
