Can I get a Revision Rhinoplasty to make bridge of nose wider?

I had a rhinoplasty done and overall the nose isn't a terrible nose, I'm especially happy with the tip. But, I absolutely hate how narrow the top/bridge has been made. It is completely overdone and does not fit well on my face. Can I have a revision to basically make that part wider and not mess with anything else? Would it involve a reverse Osteotomy?

 Yes, a revision rhinoplasty to reshape the solve triangle etc. can be done under local anesthesia. The details of this would be discussed once an examination is done of your nose to see it in three dimensions. Choose a very experienced revision rhinoplasty surgeon for this.
