How many sessions of laser lipolysis are needed to improve the appearance of the abdomen and love handles?

Most plastic surgeons (including myself) that use SMART lipo/laser lipo use the technology in conjunction with conventional liposuction to remove the resultant free fatty acids that are produced with the breakdown of the fat cells by the laser energy.  In my opinion this leaves a smoother result.One session should suffice for an average person.Best wishes.

Thanks for the question depending on your weight and the amount of fat to be removed it is likely that both areas could be performed in one session, we are limited by the amount of numbing medication we can give and the amount of fat we can remove

The addition of an energy source such as laser or ultrasound will help dissolve the fat and allow for smoother and more even removal of the fat.  One treatment would be all that is necessary.
