My face is rounder than my liking and I’ve been trying to find procedures that would fix that. Even when I was very skinny (which I would never go back that small) I had a skinnier face but my cheeks and face were still particularly round. What procedures would give me a more pronounced side profile and a better jawline and possibly less round cheeks? I love my cheekbones and my nose but mostly everything else bothers me.

Hi and thanks for your question and photos. You have round face. To get slimmer cheek,I recommend buccal fat pad removal ( bichectomy). For your double chin region, I recommend vaser liposuction. For your jawline and chin region, I recommend filler injection. Filler for chin region can increase length of your face and cause slimmer face appearance. If you are interested in making your jaw line visible from the side profile, then liposuction or fat melting shots might help you. 
But if you are interested in the V line from the frontal view also, you would need to have an in-office consultation to tell you if it's the bone that has to be shaved, or if lipo/buccal fat pat removal should be enough.
