I don't know if my smile can be fixed by a maxillofacial surgeon, an orthodontist, or cosmetic surgeon. I haven't seen anyone with a smile like mine and I don't know what's wrong with it. I feel like the corners of my smile are really weird, the nasolabial folds are weirder--and I'm not sure if this is due to extra cheek fat or if my jaw is in the wrong place. How would you describe the smile? Is it too narrow?

Answer: Is buccal fat removal what I need to fix my smile?
Hello!
You would need an in-office consultation to tell you better if you need a lipo or a buccal fat pad removal.
And for the pre jowl fold, you could have either filler, or fat grafting.
A more detailed plan could be provided after you have a consultation.
Good luck!
