Whole Leg Liposuction - Need Suggestions for Compression?

I need some suggestions for appropriate compression. 5 weeks ago -LBL, extended brachio, and whole leg lipo. Issue finding proper compression for my legs -main points of swelling are the ankles and knees (heavily lipoed). Problem is achieving uniform compression going from ankles and ideally over abdomen/back with no areas of double compression or garment gaps. (Several combos of stockings + garments tried but all seem to either leave a gap or double compression creating trapped fluid swelling bubbles)
