I need help with "banana roll" area and saggy butt. (Photo)

My photos aren't that clear and do not reflect how loose, lumpy and saggy my thighs/butt are. I had a "butt lift" four yrs ago when I was at a thinner. I've gained a few pounds since (that's ok) but my butt is saggy. My horizontal scar is above the create while fat appeared on my rear thigh in very lumpy ring-like bulges. I am really wanting lipo in this area. What are chances of "banana roll lipo"? He initial surgery was not a BBL- no fat transferred.

Reducing your banana rolls, posterior upper thigh excess fat, if done properly and conservatively should give you improvement without making your buttocks drop.

It is impossible to see the scar from your buttock lift? Since you didn't have fat grafting/augmentation that may be the next step to consider. Combination of liposuction of waist, lateral thighs, lower back/flanks and augmentation of central and lateral portions of buttock may create more harmony, balance and illusion of the lift.Regarding asymmetry of buttock creases and banana rolls that definitely needs a detailed clinical evaluation before making any suggestions.You need a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in buttock surgery to discuss your options. Hello realself0775,I hope you have found a good answer to this question.  It is very difficult to determine your scars and the amount of fat/"lumpiness" from you photos, but it appears you would benefit most from selective liposuction of your banana rolls and butt augmentation with implants to help "lift" your bottom.  I will warn you that liposuction of the posterior thighs and banana roll must be done cautiously, and it can be difficult to completely remove the bulges and lumps. I hope this helps.

The solution to the sogginess is volume: BBLLiposuction to the "Banana Roll" area must be done expeditiously. It can be feathered down rather than liposculpted.If it is done aggressively, it will be very hard to fix and will accentuate the droopiness due to the lack of support.

Hello and thank you for your question. Banana rolls are difficult to fix. Sometimes they respond to liposuction and sometimes they don't.
