Is TriSculpt Micro-LaserLipo the same as Smart Lipo?

Smart Lipo is good for stubborn areas of fat, but lacks body contouring and shaping. For best results, I recommend a hi-definition procedure like VASER liposuction, which can be performed at the same time as a tummy tuck, if there is skin laxity. I use VASER HI-DEF with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J Plasma), InMode BodyTite, and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Sono Bello markets the TriSculpt "Process". A combo of "laser lipo + power assisted lipo + local anesthesia". Regular smart lipo is a combo of laser lipo + regular lipo + local anesthesia. Sono Bello is a chain of discount cosmetic surgery centers. Sort of like Chick-fil-A or McDonald's, but for cosmetic surgery. If Smart Lipo were the Big Mac, TriSculpt would be the Big Mac Happy Meal. Same thing with extra stuff that you don't really need. The extra stuff is power assisted lipo. Power assisted lipo is simply regular lipo done with a motorized handle to make the surgeon's job easier. Results are the same.

The real answer is… Nothing much. Both are branded names for what essentially is laser assisted liposuction. Smart Lipo is the brand name for One of the laser devices that is used.  The Trisculpt Micro LaserLipo is the branded procedure name used by a body contouring company called Sonobello, but basically they are also using the same Smartlipo laser machines that are made by Cynosure  essentially these names are just marketing gimmick’s to make them stand out. Laser assisted liposuction, no matter what it is called, essentially uses a laser to generate heat under the skin that both melts the fat and helps produce collagen that can tight in the overlying skin to a degree.  most plastic surgeons who perform the procedure also combined a power assisted liposuction to help break up the fat and generate a more even, smoother contour before sucking the fat out.  The different names can often be confusing because they sound like different procedures. What truly is important is not the devices or the name but the surgeon who is going to give you a proper assessment and can recommend a variety of options and tailor  the correct one for you.  I strongly recommend that one does not shop for a specific procedure but instead should be seeking a specific result or outcome and find the right surgeon that can get this for you.  

They are all the same. The use laser lipolysis devices. In my opinion, it is more important to have the right surgeon. I have used almost al the devices out there, and it is the surgeon not the machine that gets that good result.   See you NYC!

Tri sculpt laser is the same thing as the Smart Lipo or laser liposuction. it's not the machine or the device that creates the results but the hands of a plastic surgeon who knows how to use them. Make sure you do your research before attempting any kind of a surgical procedure. A well performed procedure the first time is less expensive than having to revise it.  Try scoped as a term invented by Sonobello. They use a combination of a secondary laser treatment in combination with power assisted liposuction using a device by microaire.
 I worked for the company for three years. My recommendation would be to stay far far away from that outfit. 
 Smart Lipo is a term owned by the company cynosure. Sonobello does not use that brand of laser and cannot called her procedure smart Lipo 
 Lasers are 100% ineffective and add nothing other than the ability to sell to liposuction procedures. I can comfortably say that having performed literally thousands of these procedures with and without the laser. 
 Modern plastic surgeons who understand technology available do not rely on lasers for liposuction. The word laser seems magical to the general population who ask for the laser to be used for everything from their gallbladder to their hemorrhoids. 
 Choose the surgeon not the marketing or the device. 
 I would check the online reviews especially on yelp for the outfit you're thinking about going to.  They speak volumes and they speak the truth.  On a final note. Sonobello uses only three and 4 mm cannula's.  This size cannula was available in the 1970s and it's not micro in my opinion not even close.  A micro cannula is more like 1 mm. No one would do body contouring with a 1 mm cannula.  We use the appropriate size cannula for the job at hand.  True micro cannula's are used for the face.  Again, South promotion spin and marketing. This in combination with aggressive commissioned sales people and not even meeting a surgeon during the consultation equals....well you know what it is.  Just read the reviews.

with an infusion of solution containing a blood vessel constrictor (to
prevent bleeding) and an anesthetic (if performed awake). Augmented liposuction
utilizes laser energy or ultrasonic energy to semiliquify the fat, making it
easier to remove and adds a subtle skin tightening effect..
In general, the experience of the surgeon is more important than
the type of instrument utilized.
I recommend you visit a plastic surgeon with considerable
liposuction experience and allow him / her to use the instrument with which
he / she feels most comfortable.
