You didn't state when your operation was performed. After any operation, including liposuction, there can be some sexual dysfunction as the body adjusts physiologically. This should correct itself within a few weeks.

Liposuction by itself will not have an effect upon your sexual performance. However, recent surgery is stress and any stress can affect performance. Also, pain medication may also make it more difficult to succeed. Otherwise, I would recommend that you consult with an urologist.
