You didn't state when your operation was performed. After any operation, including liposuction, there can be some sexual dysfunction as the body adjusts physiologically. This should correct itself within a few weeks.

You really need to check with your prescribing doctor regarding these medications. Whoever is in charge of these medications should advise you about dosing and regimen prior to any anesthesia.
