Since, I was a young adult, people have always told me, I looked " sad", "mad" " serious", "mean", " bored". I never understood it, because I don't, I repeat, I don't be upset about anything. I'm actually a happy person. I get statements daily like " let me see that smile", from random strangers. Its annoying. I have a wide full face, no wrinkles and my cheeks are full(but not defined), I have some mild nasolabial folds. I'm 37 years old., but look 25 years of age.

As you no doubt are already aware, without photos, it is virtually impossible to speak in anything but the most general terms. Some common causes of a sad or angry face include glabella frown lines and marionette lines around the mouth. But since you say that you do not have wrinkles, the possibility remains that early ptosis (sagging, falling) of the brow might possibly be the culprit in this case. If this is indeed so, "deep support volumetry," i.e. The Nonsurgical 3D Vectoring Browlift, may prove helpful. There are a number of things that can cause a face to look sad including the position of the eyebrow or the corner of the lip as well as the relationship of various parts of the face. Without seeing you or seeing photos of you, it is hard to give you exact advice. Sometimes, however, a browlift will do the trick. If the brows are low, it may give you a 'mad' look.
