Is it possible to inject HA filler directly into the facial fat pads in order to re-inflate them?

I'm still fairly young (almost 30), so I doubt the fat pads in my face have shriveled/moved too much, but, if possible, I'd rather re-inflate them a bit with HA injections - nothing too drastic, more of a preventative measure, if you will.

I agree with the rest of the panel.  A thin filler is best, Juvederm ultra, Bolotero, or Restylane.  The tear trough is a tricky area, and easy to overfill.  Make sure you are with an injector that does a lot of tear troughs.  The cost varies depending on the filler and the size of the syr...

Based on our photo, I would probably start with 1 syringe of Radiesse, calcium hydroxyl apetite.  It is placed just under the skin and may give you up to a year of augmentation.  You should be checked about 12 weeks out to see if you need more.  I have attached a link.

Fat atrophy from high concentration steroid injection (40mg / cc kenalog) usually resolve after 3-4 months. Should it persist more than 6 months, you may consider temporary or permanent filler, or even fat transfer. Saline injection is not commonly practiced as it gives unpredictable results.

Botox or Xiomen relaxes the muscles the cause the crease. If the crease is deep or has been there for awhile then fillers are usually required. If it is more severe then a browlift may be indicated. Make sure you find an experienced surgeon who is a member of the Anerican Board of Plastic Surgery.
