My entire lower face dropped down. Any suggestions? (photos)

First of all, Congratulations on having your baby!  We in plastic surgery know that the ensuing year can be challenging to your ego, but I would bet that as you continue to lose the baby weight and get your body back this all will improve.That said, if you remain unsatisfied at say, a year post delivery, then I would consider something simple like Smartlipo of the neck and chin.  It would make a big impact and improve your jawline nicely.  Just remember, please be patient...this may all work out without any intervention at all.Good Luck!

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry you need maxillofacial surgery or implants customized. I suggest seeing an expert to go through all options. Most of my younger clients use fillers to give them shaping especially on the cheeks, jawline, and chin which make the face look more slim and tight; and threads such as PDO or Instalift can build collagen and support the facial shaping and skin looseness over time, slowing down the aging process and given the face a more “snatched” look; and morpheus8 or PiXel8 deep microneedling RF can tighten crepe skin especially on the neck and jawline and is great for long term tightening of the full face, neck and chest; its often used to give the face a slimmer more sculpted look because it tightens the skin and gives lift. an early face lift can be performed as well even in younger clients if they want a different facial shape, maxillofacial surgery with bone breaking or shaving can also be done. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. There are a few things that can be done to improve your neck and jawline. The simplest and most cost-effective is liposuction

If your issues persist after losing weight, and you still seek correction you will need surgery. It will consist of liposuction of neck and lifting of lower face and neck.  It will cost $7500-$8000   

There are several options for you. Better photos as well an in person exam are needed for a recommendation.  Liposuction of the neck, lifting of the jowl area, as well as a chin implant may be needed to reach your goals. Hi, based upon the attached photos the cheeks are very flat anteriorly (in the front), there is evidence of jowl formation and the chin is weak.  These combine to create an oval shaped face.  Women look the most attractive with heart shaped faces.  Heart shaped faces are those that have full, round cheeks anteriorly.  Cheek augmentation with a dermal filler (I prefer Perlane now called Restylane Lyft) or with cheek implants for a permanent enhancement will create full, round cheeks and feminize the entire face.  This IMHO, should be your first and primary consideration.When the chin is weak, it can make the nose appear larger and the mid face top heavy.  Chin augmentation with a dermal filler (I prefer Radiesse or Perlane) or using a chin implant, for a permanent enhancement, will add volume to the chin creating harmony and balance to the lower face.If you have "jowls" this is sagging
facial tissues and an indication for some form of a facelift.  The underlying SMAS layer, of the face, must
be dissected, lifted, trimmed and re-sutured. The excess skin is then
removed and the facelift incisions closed.
