Sometimes, only a portion of the fat is taken out to avoid leaving you with too much loose skin, or it could be that your surgeon did not do a great job. It is difficult to say without an examination, but I would suspect that if you are not happy with the Smartlipo results, you will probably not be too happy with coolsculpting. The first thing I would suggest is going back to your surgeon to see if a revision is possible. Most surgeons will give you a nice break on the price for a revision. If you really want more significant result, you may need to find someone who does the new J-plasma liposuction or even a tummy tuck.
