Why is there bruising under my boobs and why does it look like my skin is pulling together? (Photo)

Thank you for your post.  This is something that cannot be handled online.  You may have some internal bleeding and need to be seen by your PS.  He or she can also address your other concerns.

HiEarly in the post op phase there can be differences in bruising. What would be more concerning is increasing swelling indicating a collection of blood (Haematoma) or increasing pain and redness indicating infection. Best to have an early check with your PS if you see any of these signsRegards
