Thank you for your question and for sharing your photographs.  Depending on your desired results or improvement there are a few options.  Fat that is below your skin and above the level of your stomach muscles can be improved with the use of liposuction.  Fat that is found deep to your abdominal muscles responds only to diet and exercise.  See your surgeon for an in-person examination, they will be able to tell you the best treatment option.  

Hello and thanks for your post. The before and afters show a nice improvement and I believe the "look" you have is either due to swelling or a reflection of your current weight. Either way, avoiding revision surgery for 1 year is going to be important to let all the swelling go away. I would suspect that weight loss and exercise might also improve your overall results. I think that you need to be examined in person. Swelling may be all that it is, but it can also be fluid accumulation.  Best to be seen in person by your surgeon.
