I had rhinoplasty 5 months ago and 1-2 months ago I noticed a bump on the wall between my nostrils. It's painless and feels hard. I told my surgeon when I first noticed it (it was smaller) but he barely gave it any attention, saying I should not worry about it. However, it is kind of noticeable in pictures and bothers me. What could it be? Can it get any bigger? Can it be removed?
