I've done gynecomastia & areola lift/ skin reduction with Tumescent lipo.What can I do with my saggy skin and nipple necrosis?

Ask dc why saggy skin.he tell me that the zone he give me doesnt close right and skin create folds.reason is prob lique dont left completly after first day.he say i keep the zone on with lift with me arm the nip if it slipt down again ,the liquet it absorbet be me body and wait 3 more days the skin to "stack" with the musch in the right place.i ask vest do better he say"no no".Q vest Now or risk wait 3 more days? Necro nip can do anything? I start to get afraid Some adv? if we guess he is lost
