Ask dc why saggy skin.he tell me that the zone he give me doesnt close right and skin create folds.reason is prob lique dont left completly after first day.he say i keep the zone on with lift with me arm the nip if it slipt down again ,the liquet it absorbet be me body and wait 3 more days the skin to "stack" with the musch in the right place.i ask vest do better he say"no no".Q vest Now or risk wait 3 more days? Necro nip can do anything? I start to get afraid Some adv? if we guess he is lost

Did you see an actual plastic surgeon on this? The skin folds will really diminish with time. Most will go away completely. The fluid may be a seroma or a hematoma, which may benefit from drainage. Not really sure what you've got going on there and would need to examine you. With the necrosis of the nipple, again that is something that needs an exam. One thing you can do is not smoke. Smoking causes a lot of problems if you are already having necrosis.
