Is it risky to get lipo 360 and tummy tuck if I have asthma?

In a patient whose asthma is well managed or has not been symptomatic for a long period of time, lipo 360 and TT can be performed. I would get input or clearance from the managing physician.

If your asthma is well controlled then you should still be able to have a tummy tuck and liposuction. Asthma is a condition that has a wide spectrum. If your asthma is mild and well-controlled it’s a non-issue. If it’s a veer to the point of life-threatening and not well-controlled then it could potentially cause severe complications with breathing during an after surgery.

Most likely if you’re reasonably well controlled which means you’ve not been in the emergency room with full on life-threatening asthma attacks you should be fine.
