After looking at your photos you would be a good candidate for a tummy tuck with liposuction. I always advise my patients to be within 15 pounds of their goal weight before proceeding with surgery. If you were to lose weight post surgery you increase the risk of extra loose skin. I would recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation.

Healthy people at their ideal weight should have the best overall recovery from a TT and liposuction, but some of this will depend upon the surgical technique and adherence to postoperative protocols. Based on your photos, you have a separation in your abdominal muscle (rectus diastasis). Because of this I recommend a tummy tuck for you. In tummy tuck surgery, rectus diastasis can be repaired. Vaser liposuction can be done for your flanks and belt region to get more slimmer belt. In my opinion combination of tummy tuck and vaser liposuction (for flanks and belt region) give a better result for you.

Thank you for your question and series of photographs.  Nothing replaces an in-person examination, but I think you would most benefit from a full tummy tuck and liposuction of your waist and flanks.  The tummy tuck will tighten your stomach muscles, helping to achieve a flatter appearance, while removing excess skin and adipose tissue.  Liposuction can be used to enhance your tummy tuck results by narrowing your waist and removing isolated areas of diet and exercise resistant fat.  I would favor the full approach because it appears that your diastasis and muscle laxity is significant, and once repaired you will have significant skin excess. Hope that this helps
